And some believe that I'm offering tall talk that might seem good to very bad.
Ryan he has to know everything coming on Friday in some vital talking budgie contents.

Ryan's comments:
Yes he is right. When people talk about what I am doing, comments do range from good to very bad. I often see the bad comments, especially when it comes to the spiritual side of this research. It is interesting how he talks about Friday being a day that I usually know something is coming. Especially when I work in the other forumwith the dream transcription. Friday is a common day that the confirmations come in the newspaper articles as well.
Victor continues:
They've got to think your ideas are a light
Ryan's asking for for them to glow.
Looking where there's sh_t, there's something they'd be watching, then they'll miss it.
Ryan's comments:
Victor talks about a light glowing as an idea. Excuse his verbalism in the last part of this phrase but he is right when he says that people are often more interested in looking for the bad and missing the good. He has talked about this before in a previous video.
Victor continues:
The treasure that I'm building is only better until the wood is old.
Put a nail and you break it
Put a bend, and it will look as if there is a bow.
Mend this crack in the mirror
Call kiss kiss, and when you want to do something more.
In time Victor will be right there and be watching

Ryan's comments:
I did not realize what Victor was describing building until the end of this video and it all came together . He also talks about seeing Anthony in this video. I believe he is referring to a previous video called "Spiritual Evolution of Budgies Part II, where there is an apparition in the video. There are two parts videos Part one and part two where the apparition appears. In one you can see a image which looks like a spirit of a bird flying up near Anthony. In the second video, a small face materializes on the video which appears to be blowing kisses at Anthony. So in short Victor is trying to tell us not to worry about the spiritual world or let it frighten you, because like him there are ghosts that return because they love people.
Victor continues:
When you watch TV, weather events grow allot.
Year twenty two.
People you take time to prepare
By then you'll be complete and pick up a company.
You campaign with company

As they run, they have to see them.
Ryan's comments:
Victor was right on when he said weather events grow. Remember that he made these videos almost 10 years ago and there has been an increased amount of weather problems over the past 10 years. This was the first time in the translation I could clearly hear "Year 22". I believe that in 2022 the weather will become even worse then it is now and by then we should be prepared.
Victor continues:
Don't rush it or you'll be confused, doubting something
Find the miracles God gives people to relate to.
The likes of these that people cannot undo.
If your a good boy who believes a budgie, don't pace your right to believe more.
They watch TV and could use some change
Of course their's some good there.
You can't cage love.
Ryan's comments:
Recently I did a dream transcription which related to people doubting God's miracles and how he gives them to us. This is confirmed with this video as I translated it after I did the transcription. This happens over and over again and I get a spiritual quenching each time it does. When he says don't pace what you believe in, I believe he is trying to say, if you believe, don't hold yourself back, or it could effect you spiritually. I certainly believed that Victor could talk in context almost from the beginning and knew he had a spiritual connection as well. The spiritual connection he has is a literal connection to the metaphysical.When he said "Don't rush or you will be confused", he was talking about listening to the videos. Even he knew that in order to hear what he is saying , it would take time and practice for most.
Victor continues:
Take your carrots in here.
Carrots that cure carry us further if your inspired with Victor's spirit.
Victor's inspired
You better believe it cultured this birdie
It's not a pity He found this broken boy.
Take this spirit that has been a pretty budgie, a pretty boy
Ryan's comments:
Victor liked his carrots but he stopped eating them near the end. It is a pity that Victor could not have lived longer but he knew that his time was near and that he would return in spirit. When he said that "He found this broken boy," I believe he meant God found him and he asked God to take his spirit to heaven.
Victor continues:
Or what do you think? Ha, Ha
Because I can see the future of people when they grow.

Ryan's comments:
Victor said he could see the future of people when they had spiritual growth. I believe that God knows that each and every one of us will have spiritual growth and that is one of the reasons for life. When we have spiritual growth we do have a much better future as well.
Victor continues:
Push a door if you're spiritual, and boy you will know something.
Why do you back step?

Ryan is sad he's at a job he can't get no peace in
I believe you are not killing yourself for the money
You believe in it
Whether it's worth it or not, you are going to be bonded.

All we want is to believe all truths
Ryan's comments:
I had this section totally wrong in my last transcription and it finally clicked after a few more hours of working on it. It is difficult when you have a job like mine where you work hard and never seem to get it done or be where you want to be. I certainly am not doing it for the money, or the fame and Victor was right when he said I am doing it because I believe in it. So in essence I am bonded to my beliefs and my passion for the truth.
Victor continues:
You and me got to tell the truth
Don't peril because of a lie
Do not believe all the fools who try to enlist you
Then you better boy do something
You'll help yourself when you pick out the con man.
He'll be passing out the cigarettes
Follow this army for I'm bonded to loving people
Ryan's comments:
It is interesting how Victor compares a con man to someone who passes out the cigarettes. In other words don't let those con you into doing something today that will effect you in the future. And again Victor talks about bonding. He was definitely bonded to and loved people and all creatures, often more then he did himself. I am bonded to memories of him which have also bonded me to the spiritual world.
Victor continues:
Many look but they will not help you
Why aren't they calling your goods to merit
Some of you are doing good works.
They ignore the truth.
Ryan's comments:
In this one Victor talks about bringing ones goods to merit. In other words being recognized for the good you have done in your life. Often politics and religious beliefs get in the way of looking at the good things people do in their life. When he says "The ignore the truth", he means those that do not do good works.
Victor continues:
What you doing, toe nails?
I lost it probably. Give me some cheese.
Ryan's comments:
When you watch the video, a split second before he says, "What you doing, toe nails?, " I have a problem with the camera and it pans down to his feet and toes. It is interesting how quick he knew it was happening and that the video actual showed his feet for a second. The only way he could have know this is if he could see the video while it was happening. We believe that once your soul makes it to heaven it can return to any time in your past. So in essense you can actually be watching yourself from the future. Perhaps this is how he knew what was happening.
Victor continues
Don't pay with today.
Kiss kid's right of future
They can't replay it again.
Their complaints become many.
God has entered your future.
Call and of course He'll come see, because your there.
He made your land. Because of that the land took form and He watches

You will need to know why He cultured it
God should know the future is good for you
For later, your future isn't more bleak.
Ryan's comments:
Everyone knows that the children will often be effected by the sins of the parents. Much of what this century does will effect the future immensely. When Victor talks about the cultured earth, it has two meanings. People culture the earth to grow things and there are many different cultures in the world that we can experience, if we want to.
Victor continues:
If your boat pulls to west towards those stones, touch them

Ryan's comments:
I believe that he is saying that God wants us to travel and experience the good things in life. When we find something that we like, we should touch it and experience it ,because that is why God put it there. Like a parent would sit and watch their children play. They are there to protect it if it ran into any problems, so watches God when it comes to us and civilizations on earth that need Him..
