Maylor the Budgie Videos
These are some of the first videos of my budgie Maylor who started talking in incredible context in February of 2010 after listening to some of Victor's videos. I am in the process of documenting his vocabulary and believe it will exceed that of any talking parrot in the world. For more you should visit his audio recordings with captions as there are some very good ones there as well. I will update this on a regular basis so return as often as you wish.
The Mystical River
I finally had a chance to record Maylor on video and make his first short movie. He speaks quietly here so you will need headphones. The next video is better. He starts off very slow and is a little shy in the beginning. This was taken from the first 9 minutes of recording him. There was a lot of dead space that I had to cut out of it, and it made it about 2 minute long. It is quite a remarkable video for his first one and he is not pulling any punches right from the start. Now he begins to explain what is happening and there is no stopping him.

Our river won't just stop.
It runs for us and humans.
Don't try and ignore it.
This project will give us purpose to ride it.
We have a vision we want to illustrate to a group.
It's not just any report.
We found that this process works within the form of mystical wave patterns.

Kayla our 5 month old baby is gooing away in the background a few feet away from where I am recording and that is what Maylor mentions. He kind of whispers it out so you have to listen carefully in that part. Headphones are really important when listening to these videos as you probably know.

The next river is about to start.
If I look at you, would you be boring?
As a matter of fact, it's also in you.
It's not even a spiel I've been working.
Because it's rich as a stream here with God, Kayla speaks.
In our project they might look at what has been orchestrated here with you.
God could now be with you so He's watching with you now.
I'll struggle with your cause and find these right words so it will be perfect.

An Eruption of Knowledge
Today I bought a better microphone to improve the quality of sound for Maylor. This one still does not have the new mic though, but the sound is still not bad and so far his best video. This may seem like a slow process, however, these things take time, especially when you are wading in God's river of knowledge. There is one part at the very end where I messed up a bit. Somehow my name got in there. It should read. "You have all this knowledge, so you must grow from it."
Maylor said:

There will be a time they'll help us.
Maylor doesn't play about in my work.
If they looke at your stuff they can tell I'm speaking.

Bringing You The Truth
Forums are a tough place to work for there is always someone there who even disputes the truth when it is right out in front of them. It is unfortunate that there are those try to spoil something as incredible as what is happening with Maylor.
So why do I go to them when I get all this abuse. This is the only way I know to get the word out and share what Maylor is saying with as many people as possible.
