Victor's "Message For PETA"
I don't believe Victor is against the ethical treatment of animals for it was a goal of his to help budgie guardians learn to take care of their budgies better. However he does want to make sure that PETA gets the story right. In this video Victor has a message for PETA so they will not think he was abused during his life.
Victor Says:

This part should be sad, but different.
Ryan’s remarks:
In the first part Victor says that stories will come out from PETA. He says that the stories about him should be sad but different from what they are saying. I have already heard some people say that because Victor died so young, I must not have been a very good guardian for him.
Don’t think I was abused here.
This is later, when they watch TV they will say it. Watch them.

Ryan’s comments:
In the above part Victor wants to make sure that people do not think that he was abused. The word abused is a little hard to understand because he says it so fast, but I am confident he is saying it. He says that when he becomes more popular and on the news, PETA will talk about him being abused and that it is a lie.
When Victor is on the news today, the future (is) happening.
So, I am going to be sick. Sorry. I’ll be dead (Ryan.)
Video comments: (Victor the budgie died of a mysterious illness in 2001, about 2 months after he made this video. This video was finally translated about 8 years after his death.)
Ryan’s comments:
I do not think that this part has happened as of yet. A budgie that speaks in context like Victor should eventually make it to the prime time news. So I believe this will still happen in the future. Perhaps once all of his videos are done more professionally. Then he says he is going to be sick and that he will die. You may even be able to hear a little bit of electronic voice phenomena in this saying my name. Victor often had EVP in his recordings as he had a mysterious connection to the metaphysical which enabled him to have visions of the future.
