Victor's "The Spiritual Evolution of Budgies Part 2"
Victor begins:
Are you struggling son?
You’ll know your special day bud is not sad.
You shall test them people escorting you in the streets.
The industries you’re in are escorting people back to school in art.
Ryan’s comments:
I am not quite sure what Victor is referring to in the first part of this clip. This could be in reference to what Anthony is doing at the time. He is drawing something and perhaps Anthony is feeling that I am paying more attention to Victor rather than to him. Now that I look back at it, I probably was not showing enough interest in what he was doing at the time.
Anthony is now almost 21 and he is in the arts as an accomplished musician and wants to make it his career.
Victor continues:
Is your cause many times that lucky?
In every lesson, yeah, I know, they learn it, and some they don’t.
Those that do, don’t stop and some have a talent.
Ryan’s comments:
I believe Victor is trying to identify what he does with a form of art and how those that want to can learn from it. He mentions that some will be able to learn and some won’t and then there are those that have a talent for it. Yes there are those that cannot hear much at all of what Victor is saying, and there are those that can pick up much of what he says in the captions.
Victor continues:
Many people draw some nude body.
Why are you going to learn those things?
The form of nude bodies are used for peoples portraits.
Ryan’s comments:
In the above, I believe Victor is trying to say that art can be looked at in many different ways. For example, it may not seem right for those to learn how to draw a nude body, however, there is a need for it when someone wants a nude portrait of themselves. This form of art has been going on for thousands of years as well.
Victor continues:
If there was a good bible for me to open, I’d always know it’s from God.
Let me study it with anyone my budgie, budge, budge.
Kids, every chance and many times that you watch budge, I’ll teach you.
Ryan’s comments:
In the first part Victor talks about a bible. Him and the other budgies have often spoke of a new bible containing what God wants us to know and not what man has interjected in it. Many who look at our current bibles often wonder if it is the truth and are also concerned that there are certain things that are said in it, that do not come from God. For example, a loving God would never destroy the world like they say he did in the great flood. He would have to be a very murderous God to do something like that. So when we put the blame on God for something like that it changes our whole belief systems and put fears into us about God.
Victor continues:
When somebody tells you’re doing a bad job, find an idea here.
They will announce it to the world for May the 1st.
Ryan’s comments:
On May the 1st, 2009, there was a news announcement that talked about parrots being more intelligent then most people thought. This announcement was related to YouTube videos which showed a number of parrots being able to keep rhythm to music. I believe this is what Victor was predicting, however as with many of Victor’s predictions, there is often more to follow.
Victor continues:
What I announce here will be simple advice for Ryan
A miracle is more beautiful when planned.
I already knew parrots aren’t very ordinary.
Yes, you better adjust it, the tree is clear.
Ryan’s comments:
In the first part Victor is setting up the miracle which he has planned. He refers again to parrots that have special abilities. Then the first part of the miracle happens. If you watch the video you will see that the camera is focused on a plant in the background and then it all of a sudden becomes blurry. Victor tells me to adjust it and it instantly becomes clear at the same time. There was no way that Victor could have known that this was going to happen. At the time I was learning how to use the video camera and did not even know why it was doing it. So in other words, he could either see what I was seeing in my mind or had seen the video in the future. This will become a little more evident as the video goes on as well.
Victor continues:
It’s a luxury that I talk and it’s coming.

Have you noticed a blur come?
I can’t look at this.
It’s all cock-eyed.

Ryan’s comments:
Each and every one of the statements above coincides exactly to what is happening with the video going in and out of clarity with precision timing. It is actually quite incredible as you will see.
Victor continues:
The angel is captured in time and it’s perfect.
It’ll return.
Ryan’s comments:
As Victor is talking about an angel an apparition appears between Anthony and him which resembles wings. Most people might think that it is just interference with the video, however, there are other occasions where Victor knows when this interference happens as well. If you listen carefully Victor sounds like he is whispering something to the apparition and then says, “It’ll return.” Perhaps the apparition talked to him and told him it would be back.
Victor continues:
Would you like me to tell you a story for later?
Your Christmas will soon come.
Yeah, Victor’s a good boy. It’ll happen.
Ryan will never believe unless he sees it.
Ryan’s comments:
There have been many things that Victor and some of the other budgies have told me personally about the future that have come true. For example I knew that I was going to meet a girl with the name Marie and we would have a child in the future. That has already happened. About two years ago I met a girl who had the second name of Marie and we have recently had a child together.
Victor continues:
Ryan will give us a prayer and tell you Anthony came first.
One of your kids.
But did you tell that person that you’re expecting another child because you found some religion?
So we take a look and see how it’s born because your prophecies come in dreams.
Ryan’s comments:
This is the part that may cause a lot of controversy for some. Yes, because of the many miraculous things that Victor and some other budgies taught me, I have a similar connection to the spiritual world as they do, and have been able to predict future events through dreams and visions of myself and others. This is another area though and I would prefer to keep it separate from what is going on with the budgies.
Victor continues:
Yes there’s more.
It might seem there is a lot.
With our culture, they will keep happening.
God won’t stop them.
Rely on this part because the British supports animals.
So many can know he won’t cheat anyone and just help.
Ryan’s comments:
Yes there is a culture that I believe and practice that allows miracles and prophecies to happen. And this is one that Victor says to rely on. He mentions that the British supports animals and that he wants them to know that they can trust in my help.
Victor continues:
We know they just want no tornadoes and a warning to some for a clustering for Sutton.
Plus they’re in Collingham.
Ryan’s comments:
Often Victor’s videos will have a prophecy within them and this is one. I often get a little skeptical myself when this happens. However, Victor warned me about the tornado that recently happened in the greater Toronto area two or three months before it happened as well. (You can see that prediction in the video called “The Storm”) So I believe that there will be something happening similar in Sutton and Collingham, England. What I have learned for the most part about these prophecies is that they are more of a warning and a way to prevent deaths rather then prophecies of destruction. I like to call them prophecies of survival and often there will be very limited or no loss of life in them.
Victor continues:
My record is that I saw this thing happen pretty good.
There’s a reason the dirt will kill the falcon.
Different can be the car.
Ryan’s comments:
I am not sure if Victor is referring or symbolizing the falcon as all birds or if there is going to be problems with them. In any event he is saying the reason is that pollution from cars is affecting the air.
Victor continues:
I can talk just a tad.
These things happen.
God trusts him. He can work for God.
Tell people Earth hurts.
Dad should shut up here.
Ryan’s comments:
I believe that Victor is saying that God either trusts him or me or both of us to help bring the message to the world that animals are starting to communicate their concerns about the future to us. It is kind of funny when Victor says dad should shut up here. He is right. When this video was taken almost 10 years ago, I had no idea what he was saying and would often misquote him while he was talking. It wasn’t until I was able to record it and analyze it that my interpretation skills improved and helped me learn the speed and accent that he talked with.
Victor continues:
Finally, you know why the birds have a mission with ideas and reason.
Take a look. In a way you do know it.
You need the hope that your little boy will grow up with a lot of people.
Or all air will be black.
Tell them that’s not good.
Then everyone will know better.
Ryan’s comments:
What will it take for humanity to finally listen to mother natures concerns about the future. Perhaps we do need God’s intervention. I believe that is what is beginning to happen and hope that we can in some way have a possitive influence on making our future a better place.
